Estimates, service calls, and warranty information
For service calls, there is a one-hour minimum labor charge, followed by quarter-hour billing. Estimates for work expected to take a full business day or more are generally free, while minor-repair ballpark estimates may be available by phone. Small-repair or real-estate requests that need an on-site inspection by a licensed plumber and a written estimate have a $195 inspection fee.
NWPS provides a one-year labor warranty only for products it both supplies and installs. We can also assist with applicable manufacturer-warranty matters for those products. Pricing, project scope, estimate eligibility, and warranty details should be confirmed with the office before work begins.
