Cannon Beach is an Oregon Coast community known for its sandy shoreline, Haystack Rock, and tidepool-rich marine life. Northwest Plumbing Services serves customers from its St. Helens showroom, not a Cannon Beach office. David and Mindy Sass have operated the family-owned company since 1991, offering plumbing repairs and practical home-upgrade support.
Cannon Beach’s residential character includes historic cedar-shake cottage clusters and brick courtyard buildings, examples of the city’s distinctive middle-housing tradition. Those older homes and other long-standing properties sit alongside newer houses, so plumbing conditions can vary without revealing a reliable age or pipe material from the exterior. Haystack Rock anchors the community’s identity: the City describes the 235-foot sea stack as a protected marine garden and seabird refuge that draws tidepool visitors. For homeowners near this celebrated coast, Northwest Plumbing Services can discuss repairs to pipes, faucets, toilets, disposals, water and drain lines, plus repiping, water heaters, remodels, new construction, and commercial plumbing. Ask the St. Helens office about appointment availability and project fit.
Coastal homes deserve a practical plumbing check before a remodel, after a leak, or when fixtures begin showing their age. Northwest Plumbing Services can evaluate common household needs such as faucets, toilets, disposals, water lines, drain lines, repiping, and tank or tankless water heaters. The team also offers accessible low-threshold Bestbath showers for renovation planning. Because every property differs, especially when older construction meets newer additions, callers can describe the home, symptoms, and access conditions to the St. Helens office so the company can confirm whether the requested work is a fit and arrange an appointment.
