Northwest Plumbing Services is a family-owned Oregon company established in 1991 by David and Mindy Sass. From the St. Helens showroom, the team helps McMinnville-area homeowners and businesses with plumbing repairs, pipes, faucets, toilets, disposals, water and drain lines, repiping, water heaters, remodels, new construction and commercial plumbing. Call to discuss your property and confirm appointment availability.
McMinnville’s built environment reflects several chapters of Willamette Valley history. City records document an 1870 Italianate residence, while the Downtown McMinnville Historic District preserves turn-of-the-century buildings; newer neighborhoods and construction add a different set of plumbing layouts and maintenance needs. The city is known for wine-country hospitality, restored downtown, and the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, so homes and businesses range from carefully maintained older properties to more recent remodels. For an older house, a leaking fixture, failing drain line, or repipe question can deserve a closer look because past alterations may not be obvious. Northwest Plumbing Services can discuss repairs, water and drain lines, repiping, tank or tankless water heaters, and remodel plumbing, with the St. Helens office confirming whether an appointment fits your project.
Older McMinnville properties can benefit from practical plumbing checks before a renovation, especially around visible supply connections, shutoffs, drains, and water-heater condition. Newer homes may still need prompt attention when a faucet, toilet, disposal, or water line starts leaking. Northwest Plumbing Services handles repairs, pipes, faucets, toilets, disposals, water and drain lines, repiping, tank and tankless water heaters, remodels, new construction, and commercial plumbing. The company also offers accessible low-threshold Bestbath showers. Ask the St. Helens office what is appropriate for your home and project.
